Very disappointed with my experience at Feng Cha. First, there were no customers in the store, yet it took about 15 minutes and three employees to make a single drink. When I received my crème brûlée drink, I noticed it hadn’t been torched as it normally should be. When I asked about it, the employee used a knife to remove the seal instead. While doing so, her finger went directly into my drink. At that point, I requested a remake because that is simply not sanitary. Another issue is that customers are not informed that the coffee shot used in some drinks is cold brew rather than espresso. That information should be clearly communicated so customers know what they’re ordering and what to expect. Looking back, I should have asked for a refund instead. Basic food safety, proper drink preparation, and clear communication should be expected, especially when the store isn’t busy. Unfortunately, this experience left me very dissatisfied, and I won’t be returning.

Had a great experience at Feng Cha Plano! Vivian was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. She recommended the Matcha Mango Tea, and it was absolutely delicious—the perfect balance of creamy matcha and refreshing mango flavor. The drink was made perfectly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. You can tell the staff really care about customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more and highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a great boba tea spot!

Such a cute and cozy place! 🧋 The drinks are so yummy, the staff are very professional. I love the boba here, soft and chewy, not hard at all. The matcha is delicious too! 💚 Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered the popular dirty creme brulee drink at 50% sweet and enjoyed it, but it was definitely on the pricey end. We stayed and chatted in the cafe, but there wasn't much as far as ambiance. I was disappointed they didn't have any non-caffenated drinks, but I can still say I'd go back to try their cake.

One of the best and most reliable boba franchises! It's great that they opened a Plano location. Their boba is never off and their flavors are great. I love the Bursting Dragon fruit drink, which is pretty unique.
